Kyocera task Alfa 250ci laser removal

Hi

i have a Kyocera taskalfa 250ci and I'm trying to remove the laser but it won't come out it looks pretty straight forward but it's still in there I looked up in the service manual but not much help any suggestions will be appreciated.

Did you read sm from p.317 to p.325?

There are 2 screws with springs holding it on the left side, but you can access them after removing left side door and transport. You will pull out the laser from the right side, but after you disconnect it's connector that's behind the main board. It sux i know

Follow the service manual step by step, after the first one it gets easier and easier.
