Kyocera 8001i Batch Scan Limitation Question!?

Quick Question!:

I have a customer (law firm) that was "batch" scanning (scan to smb folder) and their scan capped off at 998 pages!

Is this a limitation that Kyocera has imposed?....is it a memory/hardware limitation?


Quick Answers Would Be Much Appreciated!!!




PS--I am trying to "prep" before the boss gets here and Kyocera Tech Help doesn't open until 9 AM EST!

Just talked to Kyocera Tech...the batch scan caps off at 998 pages...DOH!
