Can the result report from sending a fax on a CS 5500i be forwarded to an email address rather than printed out?

Re: Forwarding Fax Result Reports?
Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this -- unless you're sending faxes via the fax driver from a PC, I don't believe there's a default setting for this, but it can be done via a preset.
When sending fax from walk-up:
You must create a preset or "Program" for them to select any time they want to fax something and wish to have a report emailed to them.
1) Go into fax mode --> Advanced tab --> Job Finish Notice
2) Select "Address book" and select the email you wish to forward fax confirmations to
3) save it as a Program, they'll have to select the program before sending faxes for it to forward.
It's not ideal, and I think in that advanced tab there's also a way to specify the file name/email subject/email body but O'm not 100% on that. Even if you can, I don't think there's a way to automatically put the fax number or fax name in the subject or file name.
When sending fax from PC--
It can be set as default in the printing defaults.
1) Go to control panel --> devices and printers --> right click on Kyocera fax driver --> Printer PROPERTIES
2) Go to the "advanced" tab
3) Click on the "Printing Defaults" button at the bottom left
4) click on the "Sender Information" tab in the window that pops up.
5) put their email address in the email address field.
6) apply settings.
It should email them a send result report with faxes they send from their PC
If anyone knows of a way to set it as default from walk-up, please correct me.
