Yes they come apart, and i truly doubt these can make 100k pages that oem does. Also if this is his way of getting rid of the waste toner, he's doing it wrong

I have taken one apart when caught out for a temp fix,but seriously the original units are a very reasonable price,so why go to all that bother?

You can complete this in about 5min, new drum & blade.

If you are using the good quality "Japanese" version of this kit then it lasts for 75,000+ pages, with no problems at all and it's less than 1/3 of the original price.

Sometimes if the customers machine is out of lease or close to end of contract, why invest 100% when the machine will be replaced in any case.
