Yep, laser motor. I\'ve heard of some sucess of cleaning and lubing motor. Never had to do this yet.

They are the same thing, I guess it\'s a type-o somewhere. I have had a few of those lasers go bad in the past. I have had some luck cleaning them but I did have one where the polygon motor magnets self destructed?????

Ambassador tech services repairs many types of laser units, I'm not sure if this is one of them but you can look them up.
