I have a customer with a KM-3650w that replaced their Win XP computers with all new Win 7 computers. Trying to help them install print drivers. I have installed the port driver, but when trying to install the printer, it will not show the 3650w port as an option to select so cannot complete the installation. Wondering if I am missing something or if Win 7 is not compatible with this machine driver... I admit I have limited exposure to the wide formats so any advice is greatly appreciated!
