[Error Code] Mita MC 1016 "J00 Error"

Hi all,
I changed press roller, then i closed the machine but its not ready.I check inside the manchine, apsent any pieces of paper but its same.. How can i solve?

If this follows US models, a Jam00 means a paper jam on start up. I'd look at where you changed the press roller and see if there is a flag sensor out of position or broke.

Thanks Zackuth .I guess your right.Because, a paper jam on start up. Can you show me on the a picture, which is the flag sensor. I look here but coudnt see our country whats the flag sensor.

A flag sensor is just a sensor with a an actuator on it so when the paper moves over the sensor the sensor can be activated. Where I was going iwth my post is that the problem did not exist before you worked on it and came up after you did work on it. You should start looking where you replaced the press roller. Maybe you left a sensor unplugged or knocked it out of position. Flag sensors are used for paper sensors and the actuator is easy to knock loose or break.

There is only one PF sensor and when you open the left hand door you see it!

Clean the pick-up tyres and if needed clean the clutch. You should be fine after that.
