We have an 1028 giving an A3 jam every duplex copy. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

There is a black plastic plate for the nylon rollers on the duplexer that could have come loose or is broken. I have also had the spring that pulls the duplex unit up get stretched out, had to replace that.
