Hy guys,
I have a Kyocera Km-6030 photcopier machine adf is not working yet when i puting my document in adf the adf cannot take the document but my my copier is working fine through platen glass. i checked the connector but no luck. can anyone help me regarding this subject.??

Any C-Codes or Jam Codes?

Have you tried trouble reset sim U906 in service mode?

is it completely dead or do you hear any noises or lights?

Are you end user or technician?

Depending on the message you could have a defective hard drive as well. To copy with the ADF the hard drive is needed.

Use blower to blow the dust in the adf! it will do the trick.

If the copier has shut down the document processor due to errors it will require a U906 (reset disable function) to re-enable it. If the display reads replace documents in processor or this function is not available there is a good chance that you have a defective hard disk drive. This copier requires the main hard drive to make copies off of the document processor I really do not think a blower will correct this issue.
