[Misc] FS-C5150DN "Check the toner container"

So, my boss recently brought in a FS-C5150DN on a trade-in. I looked up the error, and saw that there's a tech bulletin on the issue, however, it just says to rotate the coupling on the right side of the toner cartridge, so that there's no space between the coupling and the latch. I've done so, and the problem persists. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue, and not had fiddling with the toner container fix the problem. If so, what steps did you take to rectify this error? Thanks.

    UPDATE:

I decided to pull some new toners off of our shelf, and try them one at a time. The problem was a defective cyan cartridge.

I read that tech bulletin, and verified at least a half dozen times that it was in fact in the correct position. I assure you, there was no gap. The only thing that remedied this issue was swapping the cartridge entirely. I thank you for your response though. Cheers.
