In the service manual for this machine, on page 1-3-71, is the process for developer refresh. The first step tells me to enter the Service Setting Menu. Is the Service Setting Menu the same thing as listed on page 1-3-61, where it gives me steps to enter Service Mode? Or is there another way to enter this Service Setting Menu in the book? Help locating or in how to enter the Service Setting Menu will be most appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

Service setting menu is not the same as service mode. It is located in the user menu structure. Can't remember exactly the tree but should be able to find it in the user guide.
