[Jamming] FS-1035MFP/FS-1135MFP

Hi,
I have problem jams (J0501 up to 552 times) on FS-1035MFP. I would like to know if there is a SB for that or how to solve it.

No paper feed from cassette 1. The reg sensor doesn't turn on during paper feed. How many copies an what have you done?

J0501 is cassette paper feed jam. On FS-1035MPF it's usually caused by worn out rubber pulleys, so you should check/replace all 3 of them first. In some cases it also takes to replace metal shaft on which one-way rubber pulley sits cause it can get worn out.
