kyocera 1800 refill successful or not

I have bought brand new kyocera 1800 after 2100 copies it showed add toner
After discusing with many i got it refilled but still it shows add toner
Now this man says u have to change chip
And the supplier of machine says either u buy compatible worth rs 2000 or buy genuine

Guide me best option
And what happens when ink finishes after 15000 copies

from a service point of view refills are very successful.they are cheap and only involve getting someone to clean the inside of the machine ,vac out all the refill toner from the dev unit and put in correct toner.
not a warranty job,so as i said from a service point of view refill toners are successful at being good money earners.

You can refill the toner cartridge with good quality compatible toner for Kyocera Taskalfa1800 digital copier.
Then press simultaneously both OK key and STOP key for five seconds when you get non genuine toner indication after switching ON the machine.
You can also replace toner chip if it is available at your end after refilling it.
