[Error Code] KM 4035 Error E080

This machine is giving E080, not sure where to start. Has any one had this issue? I seen where it referrers to FTP Com problems. I dont control the server so I'm at the mercy of the I T person. Just looking for some check procedures>

did you try to enter any simulation..if nothing happen...I think you need to update the firmware.

I'm a little confused - do you have KM-4035 or you have KM-C4035? If you have the second:
E080 The network cable is not connected properly.
So you'll just have to check your network cable. Maybe one or more of it's wires came out from RJ-45 plug or the cable somewhere was damaged.

So it's KM-4035, monochrome MFU, right? Then it's very strange cause I can't find "E" errors in both manuals, sm and op guide too. It exists only in op guide for KM-C4035, color MFU.

If you are getting the error while trying to scan to ftp, you can use the ftp command from a command line to troubleshoot the info you have for ftp connections.
