6500i Jamming : code 6110

Ok i have a 6500i, and the paper is just stopping inside my hole punch unit, i have pulled the HP out, nothing is inside it, have replaced both the finisher entrance guide plates, and no luck. Paper is also not crinkling, or ripping in anyway, and ideas? thanks in advance

Did you update the firmware with the hole punch installed?

Well we figured it out, one of the drive motors in the back of the finisher was stripped out, thanks for the reply
