Hello again,

Had a tech putting an MK into this machine. However after assembly we are getting a developer not installed message despite the developer being present. This message also now appears for the old developer as well. Is there a plug somewhere along the way that may have been removed? I was only aware of the one on the base that the unit plugs into.

Any ideas would be helpful.

It's possible that the terminal on the left hand side toward the front was damaged. Sometimes the developer just doesn't want to come out, and if it's pulled the wrong way it can tear up the terminal. It could also be the lever on the right hand side towards the back. I haven't had a chance to open it up and take a look, but it seems like a good candidate for a switch.
