j-65 on TA620

I have a TA620 with 3million copies that gives a j-65 on a regular basis. I have replaced the switchback roller. the refeed roller and the duplex sensors 1 and 2. And it still jams periodically. Sometimes it will work for a couple hundred copies and other times you cant get 1 copy thru it. (double sided of course)

I'm out of ideas

any suggestions?

It could be a warn out switchback roller in the DU or even a sticky solinoid in the DU.
