Cable for DF Broken TA 552ci

Customer got free machine and broke serial cable that plugs in the right side of machine.
Getting c0630. Unplugged df and running.
Anyone have the Part # for it?

your error of o630 is a dma transmission error the manual says to reseat dimm on main pwb or replace main pwb.
if you still want to go with the cable replacement what is the model of the document finisher or did you mean document proccesor.
let me know and i will send you the part number

Disconnected Document Feeder and machine came to ready.
Obvious damage to cable.

on the document feeder there is a number let me know what it is .it will be a dp something not df. dp is document processor df is document finisher.

another thing plug in that cable with the machine turned off.switch back on and do a 906 error clear that might solve your problem

One thing to check also is the little board that the cis cable plugs into. I've had a few come loose causing a code, had happen on new install years ago when they first came out. Just take cover off and reseat it to board it plugs into. I have replaced a few of the cables, here is number. 303LK46011 its like $162 plus I would get the upgraded cover if it doesn't have one holds it in place better.
