    3051ci Cyan Problem

Ok, So i am sitting with a brand new machine that is printing cyan great but after a while it just fades out and stop printing cyan as if it is not getting enough toner.

But when i do a developer refresh 2 or 3 times its fixed and prints cyan great once again but after a while its gone.

I have not yet replaced drums or developer units because its brand new machines (yes 2x of them).

I have made the calibration cycle shorter everything, changed toners, checked firmware of witch i will go install new ones AGAIN tomorrow but i have already a month or 2 ago.

so any advice would be nice.

Is this one of those color machines in which they never actually use the color, or say once every 6 months? Then they wonder why the developer is dead, when it hasn't been stirred in 6 months. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Have you tried to set the machine's High Altitude setting.

And running the dev refreshes continually wont do the developers any good... rather open a word document and make a full page cyan print and print a couple of those to get the dev's pumped up again....
