KM4035 no print / fax

I am working on a KM4035 and did a U020 reset, now I cannot print or fax and the paper size won't switch from A4. I went in and tried to change it from A$ to 8 1/2x11 and auto switching mode. Am I missing something???
Is there a code to turn on printer and fax that's not shown??

020 clears out everything .i would put on the latest firmware .then run 600 to initialize the facs unit next do a 906 .then check the country code of the machine.

Do a 21, sets machine to factory default. 252 set to inch followed by a 265 set to 0 or possibly 66. the latest firmware for this copier was in 2008. A 906 is a reset disable you should need only if cassettes, doc processor, etc have been disabled
