    3500i white screen on startup.

    Hello ,
    Kyocera task alfa 3500i machine show "white screen " and frozen when start up.
    the "welcome" message does not show.how can I solve this.Any idea ?

      Does the come to ready? If it does, check the ribbon cables.

          I ran into this a couple weeks ago. The copier, otherwise, functioned normally. Pulled the panel and the display's ribbon cable had seemingly been chewed through. (P/N:302LC46B10)

              when the power is up , main drive motor is running but all panel buttons are disabled.only energy led is on.
              The machine don't make copy.
              Black is Kyocera , Color is Gestetner.
