We have a customer who has upgraded from a 5035 to a 4500i. They scan tiff color images to e-mail on Mac's. When they try to open it, they get the message unrecognizable format. He has tried changing the compression settings with no luck. If you scan b/w you can preview it but no color. Their Mac's are using 10.6.8 operating system. Thanks.
