FS-1135

Hi to All

Customer far away have FS-1135 with continuous jam. Jam code is 4211.Printer is almost new.IT guy told my very confusing info.
Machine making noise and exit rollers are rotate wrong! Insted to exit,rollers rotate to inside and make accordion paper! Any tips or advice maybe? Thanks!

Selenoid in the exit section make wrong rotation.I move selenoid by hand and now printer work again but how long and why is this happened?!
Selenoid have smooth flow.Customer gona call soon i believe because practically i do nothing. Have you ever happen that the machine started working and you do nothing?
And why the hell have exit rollers two way option rotation at all?

I figured out 3 cec after i push button.

Maybe anybody know how it behaves bad solenoid? Should be magnetized or not? This one is difficult to pull out by hand.
