[Jamming] kyocera 5050 jamming when printing from multi bypass

Hello

I have an issue in kyocera 5050 machine while printing A3 print from multi bypass paper jam occuring and showing jam 21 code. A4 is working fine
I already changed bypass unit, bypass paper path unit ,vertical feed unit, middle feed unit and bypass drive unit with belt.Anyone have suggections pls help me..

Hi, Does the machine actually register that there is A3 in the bypass ?

Make sure the bypass is set to auto detect or at least manually set it to A3, as side to side fences maybe registering different paper size.

thanks for the reply, i solved the issue.problem was dirty rubber roller placed in duplex unit
