    What have you tried so far? Are you familiar with kyocera at all?

          Did it give you a service code? To help I need some idea of how this came about. Have you added a fax card or done anything at all to the machine? Try to enter service mode by entering 10871087 on the key pad (you have to do this fast) when you get into service mode; enter in 906 on the keypad and hit the start button, hit the execute button, then the start button. The machine will tell you to power off and on. If this doesn't clear the issue. Reseat all the memory dimms.

          An error code would help a lot.

                  DIMMs are "optional" for this series. The solution would be to install one.

                  edit: 512MB is standard but I've never not seen these memory allocation issues where the optional memory has been installed.
