Copystar CS305- copies come out black (scans too per customer)

One of our customers asked us to take a look at a Copystar CS305 they have acquired..

When they use it they get black copies and scans come out black. Also throws up a message about system error, turn off/on. 3200

I saw another thread that mentioned a tech bulletin about the main board.

anyone have a part number for that? I think I saw that model on Hytec's website and was going to look in to that...

haven't been there yet so I suppose it could be the connector like the service manual says or exp lamp.

302K394011 is the part number, Kyocera had a bulletin regarding this issue and it is caused buy a component on the main board. Hytec does repair this board with a one year warranty.
