[Misc] DP-750 - Feeding multiple sheets, not jamming.

I have a 500ci with a DP-750. Recently it has started feeding multiple sheets when you would try to make a copy/fax/scan. 4-5 sheets at a time. I have replaced the sep roller. replaced a sensor under the tray. and the pulley feed roller. Any suggestions on what to do next??

Take a look at the torque limiter the seperation roller fits on. Make suere the housing isn't cracked and clean it really good with alcohol.

Yes those torque limiters do crack.
Also it is possible to use the rubber sep tire from the srdf 2 and cut it to size for the really stubborn ones.
