[Jamming] JAM0000 with TASKalfa 5550ci

Hi all,
I have JAM0000 with TA5550ci. I took all the day to check hall switches and sensors but nom papier inside. I want tout know if there is a SB about it or if someone know this problem.

Recreate the Jam00 then enter the service mode and check U31 (switches and sensors) to see if any are highlighted. Sensors seem to act up alot on these models, toner also blows onto them tricking them into thinking there is paper present.

Also make sure your firmware is upto date.
