    [Jamming] j 4011 taskalfa 3501i

am having intermitted jams when doing duplex copying, appparently this machine is straight from the box, event log shows j4011 as the cause which translates to reg sensor problem.have done latest firmware update,to version (2015.01.16) checked the bulletin duplex roller pad modification, which is already done from factory, swopped reg clutch and duplex clutch ,with hope of isolating one of the clutches but still getting the same jam code.

have also checked on the connection to reg sensor, duplex sensor ,and the wiring connections to the conveying unit but all seems Ok. surprisingly at some occassions the machine can do up to 20 duplex copies without a single jam, then suddenly it can happen.

any ideas or suggestions are welcome

KDA portal has two cases of 3500i, they said replaced duplex clutch #2.

There's two clutch for duplex for lower speed..

The side unit has three clutch in total, top duplex 1, middle duplex 2, bottom MP feed clutch.

i hope that will be it.

i have managed to sort the problem out ,seems these new updated clutches also have some issues, had to sworp the bottom duplex clutch with the bypass clutch and since then no single paper jam. What i have discovered is that even these new batches on clutches(302kv44041) also got some bad `apples' so even if the machine got the new clutches and and have duplex jams, check especially the bottom clutch right above the bypass clutch.

hope this is gonna help in future
