The 6400 part of the code indicates a zero cross error which points toward the power supply.
Most of these I have dealt with on copiers were resettable in service mode.
I see no service mode setting for that in the printer manual.

Try to unplug the printer and then see if it resets after being plugged back into the outlet.

The 0013804 part is the page count.

10871087 enters service mode. 163 resets fuser errors. If code returns then replace fuser.

C5350DN is a printer with no keypad.

          6400: Zero cross signal error
Detail: The zero cross signal does not reach the engine PWB for specified time.

          Causes:
          - Defective harness between power source PWB (YC103) and engine PWB (YC19), or improper connector insertion.

          - Defective power source PWB.

          Check procedures:
          - Reinsert the connector. Also check for continuity within the connector harness. If none, remedy or replace the harness.
          - Replace the power source PWB

It should be resettable as was mentioned by power cycling the machine. Check for equipment with high power draw on the same circuit as the printer such as a soda machine or a microwave. I see these codes all the time in the winter here because people will have a small space heater on the same plug as the printer. If the voltage on the neutral line is too large the machine will never get a good zero cross and thus throw the code.
