    Kyocera FS6525 error 0180

    Hello Techs

    i have a customer that had a main board issue on their machine. After replacing the main board with a functioning used board I get the 0180 mismatch error as I expected. I know simulation 004 resets this board to match machine. The problem I'm having is I can't get into service mode to perform it. Status/job cancel 10871087 does nothing. Tried it with doors open. Even tried a firmware upgrade with thumb drive on front and rear ports and get a ctrl error I'm guessing because of the error code. Just trying to get customer running until new board arrives. Can I not put a used board from another machine into this one. Even tried switching dimms but the problem on the original board is in the dimm. Is their another way to get into service mode. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Excuse any typos. Posting this from my phone at customers office.

    Have you tried it without pressing status / job cancel first ?

      I have. I think I've tried every combination of every key sequence.
