Has anyone had problems with Greenway documents network faxed coming out really reduced? They are originally scanned in with Futjusu 6130's in TIFF form. Greenway doesn't seem to use our Kyocera fax driver and IT says scanners can't be changed to PDF. Doesn't do it every time. They had 3640's and 4500i's before and the 4500's did the same thing. Regular faxing and network faxing from anything other than Greenway works fine. Thought somebody may have run across this issue before. We have loads of medical customers and no one has ever complained of this. Any help would be appreciated.
