    KM-4035 Mail Box jams

Have anyone had problems with Mail Box (M-2107) jams ?
The customer complaints about frequent jams, it's mostly J-85.
When the tech gets there to check it, it works fine.

Replace the Cover that you lift up to remove Jams. It gets warped, and causes those jams. Especially to the top two trays.

The safety switch for that cover has also been know to cause problems on some previous models.

Has Been!!!! Still Is.... Cheap Switch, and people tend to just slam the thing rather than pick it up, Close it, and then push it down..

We replace a ton of those switches. Went rounds till we discovered the Cover issue. Seems that the operators just Pull out towards the Doc Feeder, instead of Pulling up, and then pulling out.

Puts just a slight bow to the Cover. If you pull up on the spring steel pieces that hold the Black Plastic Rollers, this will help for a while, but then the mailbox will make odd noises if you don't get them all pulled out the same distance...
