    [Misc] Taskalfa toner problem

    can't seem to clear the 'replace toner container' message. I am putting a new TK477 toner in and waste bottle, but no change.

      Try turning machine off, unplug for 20 seconds, then turn it back on.

          Did that still says "replace toner container with our specified toner container". I believe these carts are chipped. not reading chip?

              Service bulletin B293-2K3-0019 outlines this condition as being caused by a defective component on the engine board.
