    cs 6551 ci - Banding

Copystar CS 6551ci has magenta banding on the copy output. Attached is a sample. Also, when I put the original on the glass it has bleed on the edges (page 2 of attached PDF).

Machine has around 165k meter. This machine has been plaged by the Fuser Knocking ( went through 5 units ) and now this. Im thinking the magenta drum but upon removal and inspection all appears ok. If the original is copied in Single Color, Black, Cyan, Yellow come out fine, banding towards the bottom only appear on the Magenta output.

    Also the colors are off.

I have done a color calib, drum refresh, dev refresh, checked t-unit and 2nd t-roller. All seems okay. Anyone have some input?

The drums are all the same, to eliminate the Magenta drum just swap it with the yellow and see if the fault transfers.

      Good Luck
