[Misc] Mac print driver

At an account and installed a c3680. At the account they are all Macs, the account is using account tracking. Driver is installed, print job is sent over to the unit, the light blinks that it is receiving the data but nothing prints out. Seen this before on the windows drivers. Do not recall what the resolution was. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

If they're using account track, the code has to be put in before it will print. It will blink because it receives data and it will delete the job with a login failure. If you check the job history you should see this happening. The driver has a spot for the account track code. If it's anything like it's Konica Minolta equivalent, it is in the List/Output section of the driver. There should be a check box for account track, and a pop up window where you can put in your code. If this is not showing up, you may try installing the konica minolta driver instead. It should work the same, but it will have the section for List/Output for sure.
