[Error Code] cyan toner

i just install two cyan toners in a muratec 3035. one after the other. it still asking for cyan toner. any suggestions. already changed the photo-sensor.

you will probably need to change the cyan imaging unit and toner at same time.

i have changed all four developing units . Still requesting for cyan toner

Are you using the Muratec brand or the Konica? I believe they are chipped differently

These types of machines are bad. they have 2 sensors for toner. one looks to see if toner is dropping out of toner bottle. the other sees the level in the IU. if the one in IU fails,
it usually causes the toner bottle to be replaced. Because they are chipped they need replaced to.

I will get the servicr manual and locate the two sensors.....Thanks
