    MFX-3535 Freezing up

Got a call for this machine MFX-3535 when they were printing a PDF and it seamed to be only that certain file while i was there the machine would freeze right up and sometimes the screen would get all scrabbled looking (Attached). Ive tried different drivers but I thought it was just a bad file or something because everything else printed fine but they called back today said its doing same thing. Any Ideas? Thanks

We have had a couple of these that just reseating the CF card on main board solved a lot of goofy issues.

OK well since i posted this I have made sure firmware was up to date and I removed the old drivers and installed the newest ones from the site which is what Muratec Tech support said to do and that did not resolve but they have 3 of these machines so i swapped the problem one with another and it seamed to last a week or so and its happening again. I am thinking is somthing on there end but I am using PCL6 drivers thinking about giving PS a shot also i'll check that CF card thing also
