Banner feed issue

Having a problem with banner printing. Have banner feed attachment but having a problem with banner drifting during the feed process resulting in paper running up against the paper guide causing the last 10 - 12 inches of the banner wrinkling and producing creases in the finished print. Any feedback is appreciated.

The banner guide is a waste of money, I just use a chair lol
