f-520 anyone know how to reset the drum counter while we await new drum arrival
reset drum life in setting *20 and it did not help

drum reset

If all else fails, remove drum, remove small fuse cover on drum unit..jumper across with paper clip. put back in machine.. turn off and on...remove jumper ..assemble back to original state
