MFX 2850 No network tab under the management screen

Any one seen this? Can the Network or NIC be turned off somehow? I get no connection light on the NIC port and there is no network tab under the management screen (page 3)
I am hoping it just needs to be set or turned on.
    Thanks

seen it, the copier i had was doing the same thing. removed the back cover and removed and reseated the nic card to the board. the copier did not see the nic card so the display showed none. you can also do a all ram clear (settings *03) dram clear (settings * 16) and look under network settings to see if there is a server clear, if so do that first.

Yep, same here. I went out there and found the nic board popped loose. Reconnected and it worked fine. I should have updated this when the solution was found. My Bad.....

don't know why the mfx-2830, 2850, 2855 like to dis-lodge the network card when moved. best thing to do is when moving to new location is to re-seat the network card and reduce problems. have a good one
