It started with a call from a former client of mine that purchased a "second-hand Muratec 2850. Well this was a year ago. Her IT guy set up this unit for her and worked great. But just recently decided to only receive faxes not send them. Mr IT dropped by and re installed all the Driver, checked all lines into the unit (good Communication up to line prior to connection to copier) When installed into copier,no -longer Receiving faxes...Any suggestions? I have not drove out to location,And as far as any power-spikes that can contribute to the possible bad Fax Board, is unknown. They are 50+ miles away (one way). Thanks in advance...By they way if the Fax Board is gone does anyone have the Part number for this kit? Thanks again!
