MFX2050 Blurry copies & prints..

Ok so we have a few of these left out in the field, most are pretty decent boxes. Until recently, one started with blurry copies and prints. I replaced the drum and toner. 9x out of 10 this solves image problems on these machines. Next I looked at transfer roller and the LED assy. No change. Swapped HV board and main pwb, did not resolve.. I have not been able to pin point the problem yet. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Are they badly out of focus, or are they readable?
Is it just copies or is it also Faxes?
If it's everything that comes out I'd try another fuser.
