Hello,
The machine I'm working on says call for service and the alarm light is on and the memory light is on. I opened and closed all the covers and rebooted machine and it will work for awhile then once it receives faxes one after the other the same messages come back. I have no documentation on this machine and the machine gives me no indication of problems except for the lights. Thanks

"call for service" is a fuser malfunction code. "please call service" is a scan lamp code.

Strange, the scan lamp doesn't have anything to do with receiving fax's. Glad that fixed it.

Yeah, I figured it was fuser related.
