Set fax as default

Is their a way to set fax as the default screen instead of the copy function. I got a manual but I can't find it anywhere in the manual. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Not for all models but here goes.
Setting, star04, switch edit, 070, 3rd diget from right change from 0 to 1, enter, reset.

Switch 70 selects default choice. 0 for Copy, 1 for Fax.
