i print some doucoment on the printer.
The print is very dark even i adjusted it to light on the printer driver.
Do any one got any ideal

I'm also getting gray background on prints randomly. Out of box. Anyone seen this?

Check the resolution and contrast--try backing it down a little bit.
Also, if you call Tech Support, we'll help you try to adjust the machine to compensate for it.
