I was wondering if anyone has use Konica minolta's pagescope on a muratec. We have a mfx-3680 that is replacing a c362/technically the 3680 is a c364. The c362 has an address book and I would like to back it up and put it into the muratec. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

Pagescope? There are many pagescope products and utilities. Do you mean pagescope web connection, enterprise suite, data admin? If you mean using the web connection to backup the address book to then import into a different model then no it won't work. It has to be the exact same model. I don't know anything about the muratec variants but with the KM models the only way to transfer between different models is with the pagescope data admin utility. But unless the address book is large I would just manually enter the info into the new machine.

Pagescope Data Administrator will work. It will see the Muratec, as well as Oce in my experience, and move the address book just fine.Comment
