Nashuatec 2205 Paper Jam

I I have acquired the above machine for a village organisation but it isn't without its faults. When using it it almost always gets a paper jam behind the doors on the right hand side. This doesn't only happen when using certain paper trays it seems to be 90% of the time. Also the top feed seems to have a habit of taking all the paper to be scanned/copied all at once instead of 1 sheet at a time.

Would all all the be fixed on a general service and roughly how much would this cost?
