GE CASE 2100 exercise testing system printer

I know this is a long shot, but we have had no luck so far with finding info on this...

We have been asked to repair the printer in a GE CASE 2100 medical exercise testing system. It is a sheet feed, thermal head printer used to print the readouts for a exercise testing treadmill.

The problem with the printer is that the paper tracks to the front (operator side) of the machine until it runs into the edge of the frame and wrinkles and eventually tears.

We have inspected the machine, and it does not appear that there are any obviously faulty components, and it seems that there should be a simple adjustment to correct this problem.

We are looking for a paper tracking adjustment procedure or field service manual for the machine in order to correct this issue if possible.

Any help is appreciated, this is for a small community health care center which provides care for the medically underserved of the area. We have offered to donate our time after they received a $5000 repair quote for this.
Don't take that toner with me!
