Loud clicking from drum area upon initialization. Ran diag on componets. Fuser ok t belt seem ok. Won't make noise on blk and white, only color printing and initialization.

You might find it more productive if you look for help with this in the following thread:

There are a lot of people with HP experience there. A lot more experience than I have, anyway.
(For what it is worth, I don't think the color drums are the problem, unless they are not oem drums or they got toasted enroute to there, but that's just kind of a wild guess.)
